I just got this grill second hand off someone and looking for a cheap way to get it back into good and clean condition any help is appreciated thank you

Pressure washer, wire brush and start cooking friend

Looks to be in decent shape. Maybe try some oven cleaner on the inside of the bowl. You could probably find grates at HD/Lowes. I personally hate that ash catcher. I used a small galvanized pail underneath instead when I had that kettle.
