Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients

• ½ ounce vodka
• ½ ounce gin
• ½ ounce white rum
• ½ ounce tequila
• ½ ounce Cointreau
• ¼ ounce dark beer like Bass
• Sour mix
• Splash of fresh lemon juice
• Splash of Coke

Preparation

1. In a shaker, mix all ingredients except Coke and sour mix; shake, and pour into a 12-ounce glass with ice. Top up glass to 1/2 inch from top with sour mix. Add Coke until drink is the color of weak iced tea. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
