Did the Traeger 3-2-1 recipe for the make this evening. It never seems to work on their count/temp, but went as follows and turned out insanely good!
- 3.5 hours with mustard/apple juice/Worcestershire + seasoning blend (used Traeger poultry rub and fajita meat church blend) direct on grate @ 200F vs 180.
- ~2.25 hours with honey, brown sugar and apple juice wrapped in heavy foil @ 240F vs 225.
- ~1 final hour, direct on grate with bbq rub sauce (your choice 😉) @ 235 vs 225
Pellets were the Costco mixed blend (did great).

*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

Looks great. I did the same tonight. 321 with some slight variation.
Your presentation looks much better, even cut the meat off the bones. Ha mine were just ripped apart and slapped on a plate
