Seeing a lot of posts from Traeger owners saying they have a hard time with bark and smoke. Curious what others think of my last brisket cook. I’m not one that is overly concerned with appearances and I was very happy with this, but interested in what others might think.

    That bark is maybe a smidge light, but if you didn’t ask I wouldn’t have noticed. I’d eat that in a heartbeat, say thank you, and then ask for seconds
