






Some pulled pork I made for my birthday guests last week. Rubbed with SPG+paprika,cumin. Tied with butcher string since it was boneless. About 5.5 hours at 225. Wrapped at 165 and cooked at 275 until tender at about 202. Rested 1 hour and pulled. Made burnt ends with the one of them.
