    PS It's pronounced wu-stuh-shuh sauce!! I know, I know. We Brits invented a lot of good stuff, but spelling/pronounciation wasn't our finest work.

  2. Yummy recipe – just making it now – using celery greens chopped instead of parsley – prepped all the veggies first. Using my grandma's cast iron pot – same orange as yours which caught my eye and inspired me to make this. 😜 cooking time is too long – was perfect at just 2 hours.
