Thanks Brendan for this. My cousins who are Viet and Cambodian own a bao shop in Melbourne, and these look exactly like what they sell. We definitely miss this after moving overseas!! Must make these this weekend.

Hi Brendan. You Vietnamese pork buns is great, I am a master pork buns myself, I learn from a chef specialty pork buns in Saigon before I take off to US 1984. By the way you bracelet is awesome design, where do you get it ?
Your not writing here the ingredients of your recipes.
Can you show us what brand of bun flour you use? There's so many. Can you add flour to the filling so it's sticks together?
Not to tell you what to do… But I'd guess you have plenty of viewers in the U.S. You should translate terms like "castor sugar" and metric measurements for us too. If you don't want to take the time to do it by voice, maybe do it as a subtitle.
