Fish “taco”, not “tacos”, there’s just one?

I feel like this plate is way too nice for a fish taco.

  3. Seeing a taco on a bernadaud plate is hilarious to me

Would of been better with a different plate and maybe a crispy taco

Plain flour tortillas that way just don’t portray elegance

I kinda hate the fussy attempt at plating a nice-looking but very regular fish taco, ngl. No point in micro-greening something that’s just going to get smushed up inside a tortilla one second after it’s delivered to the table.

My only comment is the tortilla should be homemade & corn.

  8. This is nice and all and looks tasty but also hilarious. If you insist on plating like this then make some sort of crispy tortilla-based crust on the fish or something. Why plate this way for a person to pick it up and fold it up?

I feel like tacos should just be left as “peasant fare”.

This looks nice, but I’d rather get a plate packed with five fish tacos on top of some shredded lettuce.

It’s kind of too pretty. I want my tacos messy and definitely more than one at a time.

Beautifully composed dish, tho. The cook on that fish looks incredible. Add a lime element?

I enjoy your videos but I wish you wouldn’t use the same plate for every dish

I love it, but it is sure one helluva a trypophobia trigger!

The hate you are receiving from trying to elevate the plating in tacos means you are doing something right! Keep going! Looks great!
