Have literally taken it apart as you can see but the wood pellets are caked in there pretty bad. I’ve tried to chisel away as much as I could, to no avail. Tried the method of banging in on the ground to loosen it, even ran water down the chute to loosen up the pellets. Tried attaching my impact drill and that doesn’t work and starting to think it’s done.

I would appreciate any additional methods but would also like to ask, what are the exact parts I would need to replace the auger/firebox? Have searched the Trager website and have seen many individual pieces but not sure what all I would need to replace everything necessary to get her fired back up.
