For the ribs I used the 3 1 1 method and Meat Church Holy Voodoo with Sweet Heat BBQ which I also used on the Poor mans burnt ends, and for the chicken I used Texas Sugar with Hot Honey BBQ brushed on when it hit around 155

I recommend the front shelf btw, that thing is money
