    I don’t like rare/blue meat in sandwiches. The myoglobin makes the bread all soggy.

    If I’m there , I’ll indulge because I’m assuming it’s meant to be this way but I’d be questioning myself the entire , looks good though

    That straight up does not look good. My jaw hurts just looking at it and admittedly the steak looks like it barely touched a grill. Why are the chunks so thick? Couldn’t they cut it into strips?

  8. Wagyu is about the only thing I’d be interested in trying this blue, but I can’t help but think I’d want a little more cook on it. Obviously these guys know what they’re doing though.

    I imagine this is much smaller that the photo makes it look, and a manageable portion.
