    Random, but my radishes always curl like yours, is there a way to store them to avoid this?
    I would space the pepper slices out some, get some in every bite and you don’t overload on the heat.

    How does compressing the watermelon change the texture? I always assumed it would make it gummier, but I’ve not compressed watermelon for any dishes myself
