


phenomenal on the treager… 300 about 1 hr 15 mins. split the batches with two different seasonings but did 1-2 tbsp of cornstarch to tighten the skin. around 170 I pulled and put bbq sauce on all but two from each rub. let set another 10 mins. nice and juicy.
