    How did it come out? Rare/Medium? This looks so good that I feel encouraged to finally bust out my joetisserie. Winter has ended and it’s time to rotate some meat

    Jezus that looks sweet. Do you smoke that at a lower temp before using the rotisserie? Or can you just put that on like that until it reaches the temp you want?
