I finally did it. Used some birthday money and then my Wife said she would upgrade my purchase as my Father’s Day gift.
Pulled the trigger on the new Woodbridge Elite. This is my first pellet smoker. My 4 in 1 Oklahoma Joe’s in the back for reference.
I’ve proved to myself, my family, my friends, that I can smoke meats the traditional way with an offset smoker. I’m excited for the convenience now and for that chance to concentrate on flavor profiles. I’m ready to smoke!! 🥴🤙🏽

*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

Going from offset to pellet is a sin. Congrats muh dood
Love my elite! Offset is great you’ve got the time but most of us have lives and need sleep 😂
Let’s gooo! I have the same 4 in 1 grill. Haven’t used it since I bought a Traeger a year ago. It was just to start with, but babysitting it starts to get old.
Congrats! Just put together my Woodridge Pro today. Brisket tomorrow!
