Got a good deal at Home Depot on a Pro 575. The next day I made chicken quarters (40min at 180° then 350° until 165° internal probe temp) came out amazing, minus the skin being chewy. For cream cheese I just did 2hrs at 225°. Very tasty, but I'd prefer it to be part of a dish rather than on its own. Inputs appreciated

My favorite is beef ribs, spicy.
I spread the cream cheese on a cracker and top it with a jalapeño jelly. Also pick up a smoke tube and cold smoke some cheddar cheese. Happy smoking
But did you build the box fort?
