Man this thing is awesome. Simple garlic, pepper,paprika rub and one chunk of pear wood for some smoke.

Juicy tender chicken, only thing I want to work on is crisping the skin a bit further. Might try it without the divider in the fire basket and just slope the coals a bit.

    You just took your smoking/grilling game to a 10. The Joetisserie is a gsme changer and my number 1 accessory. Get your self a basket for wings, and prime rib roast is absolutely amazing. Also try pork for taco al pastor and lastely chicken shwarma.

  2. For some reason I get way more crispy skin just doing thighs on the grates over direct fire.
