    risotto is too tight. too much of it. it’s hard to tell with your saturation blown out like that, but I assume that those are chives even though they look like green onions what’s the point of that? Also, does the saffron as a garnish add anything?

    Needs a different plate, the average idiot would end up wearing most of that I feel. Plus, it’s a no from me on the saffron garnish, very wasteful I feel.

    Am I supposed to eat the shells? The other comments are correct about the risotto and saffron. Chive cut is sloppy.

    Dude, that is an enormous waste of saffron. I would eat this, because I’m assuming it smelled delicious, but appearance is just kind of….. plain?

    But that herd is literally worth its weight in gold. So wasteful.
