Hi, it’s Ulola and welcome to my kitchen. Today we’re going to prep our food for the whole week cuz to stay fit, we have to stay organized in our busy schedule. I’m going to show you few recipes and all the macros. So, let’s get cooking. All right, let’s get started with the veggies. I’m chopping them all up together. Onions, peppers, tomatoes, sweet potato, broccoli, corettes, and mushrooms. I’ll spread them out on baking trays. Give them a spray of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Into the oven they go. Now for the meats. Cut them up. Spray lightly with oil. Add your favorite seasoning and pop them in the oven, too. Everything bakes for about 30 minutes. While that’s going, I’ll cook up some pasta and grains. I’ve also got ground beef and turkey sizzling away in the background. Once everything baked and cooked, it’s time to assemble the meals. I’ve made two portions of each combo, which gives me 10 meals total. I’ll list all the macros in the description. Just make sure to let them cool completely before freezing. And that’s it. Your ready meals are done. Okay, so normally it would take me around an hour to cook a dinner, but today we’ve made five meals in 1 hour. We saved 4 hours throughout the week. Great job,
