Still can’t cook at home rn, so we ended up at Taco City tonight, and it was incredible! I didn’t have high expectations since we were just looking for something easy and nearby, and this restaurant is new to the neighborhood, but it was incredible—super fresh and flavorful. Definitely going back, especially since it seems like they have a good taco Tuesday deal.
$14 for the taco dinner: three (hefty) tacos and rice and beans. I got the arrachera, al pastor, and grilled tilapia tacos and really enjoyed each. We also got guac, which was a generous portion and loaded with onion, tomato, and cilantro.
