Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil – 50 grams
1/3 cup milk – 60 grams
2 tablespoons – 30 grams
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup sifted flour – 100 grams
6 Egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice/vinegar
80g sifted powdered sugar
Jam/chocolate/peanut butter whatever you like
Grated coconut – optional

I use an international measuring cup – 140g per cup.
