To make the BEST Crispy Chicken Cutlets, it’s essential to tenderize the chicken with a tenderizer or a rolling pin. This flattens the chicken and allows for an even cook as well as the most crispy surface and edges.
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved horizontally to make 4 pieces
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs, I use @kikkomanusa
1 1/2 tsp @DiamondCrystalSalt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder, I use @spiceology
1/2 tsp onion powder, I use @spiceology
2 tsp za’taar
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1/4 tsp chili powder
avocado oil for frying, @primalkitchen
& here’s what you’ll need for the salad!
Tomato
Cucumber
Feta
Olives
Red onion
My viral dressing

it does belong on everything YUMMM. nice job.. have you had it on rice? a long with souvlaki, I love making that w lemon potatoes. make a rlly good tztiki,, Wich can also go on everything also.
