If you’re shooting for a random plating look, then the three gnocchi on the left are too perfectly plated and spaced.
If you’re going for a uniformly geometric look, then the three gnocchi on the right are plated and spaced too randomly.

It sounds awesome! For plating, I probably would choose a high edge offset bowl. For the amount of gnocchi. It would give you height and make it feel like a more constructed dish. Plus, it would layer the colors so they would accent each other much more. Nice work!

The spacing is weird. Tighten it up, but also maybe loosen it up?
