Boneless Pork butt , seasoned with Cattleman’s Brand Pork seasoning . They’re a fairly new company on the gulf coast of Texas . It has a lot less salt but it has a little bite .
. Smoked at 180 for 6 hours using applewood pellets , bumped it to 200 to get it to to 165, wrapped and finished it to 205 , pulled and let it rest . It’s so juicy, delicious and a slight sweet taste .

Nice smoke ring. Shouldn’t this be falling apart as pulled pork though?
