Lots of improvements can be made. I think you could’ve either trimmed the fat more or held it longer for the fat to render and for the collagen to break down to gelatin

Doesn’t look tooooo bad definitely needed more time just from looks. You can tell just by the bark it needed more time in.
What was your temps/cooking method unwrapped or wrapped ? What temp did you pull
