Had the best brunch at Eggcetera in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. This pancake stack came with a crispy panko egg, smooth hummus, and smashed avocado – all made to perfection! I can’t remember the last time I had a breakfast this good. Anyone else tried a pancake combo like this before?
