



I cooked the Pork butt at 275F for approximately 11hours. When the meat reached an internal temperature of 165f I removed the meat and placed it in a disposable half steam tray and wrapped the top with aluminum foil and placed it back on the grill until it reached 205F
Turned out really good and my family enjoyed it.
I used:
meat church Honey bbq rub
Meat church honey hot bbq rub
Brown sugar
Non salted Butter
And every hour I spritzed it with apple juice before it was wrapped.
I also served it with blue hogs champion blend bbq sauce
