Was really happy with this run. 3-2-1 method. 225 for 3
Painted in tiger sauce, wrapped in butcher paper and pumped to 260 for 2
Opened up and hit with more sauce and sprayed apple juice/acv for last hour
Forgot to take pic while eating but they were cooked great according to everyone who ate em. Not fall off the bone but a good pull.

That Texas sugar rub is amazing on ribs I used to do the honey hog hot but now I save that for butts and use the Texas sugar for ribs I feel like it’s perfect
Texas Sugar on ribs with no sauce is where the money is at.
Which turned out the best?
Definitely try meat church’s hail Mary seasoning, that’s my go to right now. No sauce needed
Feel like Texas sugar never gives out that much flavor. Compared to Malcom Reeds “The Rub” it’s almost half the flavor. But incredible flavor none the less.
Definitely have to buy in bulk because these meat church rubs are so fine they go fast
