Why didn’t anyone tell me how deliciously easy wings are to air fry!?
Air fried for about 18 min with salt garlic pepper and then tossed in homemade buffalo sauce after. Delicious. I didn’t even wait for my fries to get done these were so good 😂

If you have the fridge space, toss the wings with salt, baking powder and cornstarch, air dry overnight. (Kenji method) Gets you as close to deep fried wings without actually deep frying.

And they are crispy and delicious as well, you save money by doing them yourself, and you can make any sauce/rub you want!

I started this because my kid started eating wings instead of nuggets finally. Now I am making wings twice a week every week😂.
I buy bulk, season, let them sit in the fridge for ~20 hours on a rack, throw them 8 per bag, then freeze. Any time he says he wants wings he knows to let me know the day before so I can pull them from the freezer for the next night. If you need to thaw them same day you can use the water soak method and they are thawed in a hour and a half or so.
Pre package for your serving, I typically want 12 in a setting but if real hungry I’ll grab a 8 package from his bags and eat 20.

I love making airfried wings at home. A little big of baking powder and they get crispy on the outside while keeping the inside nice and juicy. Then I make some buffalo sauce to toss them in and I’m in heaven. It’s cheaper than ordering wings and they taste better.

HEY! Wings are deliciously easy to air fry! 😉 All joking aside, it’s pretty much the only way I make them anymore. I brush them with butter or olive oil about halfway through the cook time and it adds a nice color and texture to them.

Lol I thought it was common knowledge that chicken wings are one of the most popular and best things to air fry. It would be like telling someone to try French fries in the air fryer.

I just need to know how to give them that crispy feel in an air fryer. Send tips my way.

They’re great in the air fryer. Now, if only I had someone to clean the air fryer so I could have wings again.
