Looks like a crappy chain restaurant, not Buffalo.

Who the hell calls b-dubs “Buffalo”?
GetWreckedFoo
This happened to me last time i went, i was there 20 minutes with no order taken and when we left nobody said anything to us. I haven’t been back
CamboSlice03
We gave up on them years ago. Bad service at multiple locations and the one closest to us served some soft wings last time. I’m good. We make better ones at home.
t0p_n0tch
That place has astoundingly bad service everywhere. It’s like they train for it
Kwyjibo3778
The last time we went to B-Dubs I commented on the fact they have “okay food and terrible service.” Even from the first day they opened. It’s always awful service. Maybe all the tvs distract the employees? 🤷
GoorooKen
B-Dubs is trash. Twice they served me undercooked wings. I’ll never go back.
NUFIGHTER7771
I always get stalled out at the greeting desk and have to flag someone down. They’re always short staffed.
tarheel_204
Man, I’ve never had good service at a B Dubs. Haven’t been in years for this reason. The service is always slow as hell and the waiters aren’t attentive, the food is never hot, the locations I’ve been to were dirty, etc.
SnacksCCM
It sucks because the concept is (and always has been) awesome. Bad or very slow service, oversalted, low-quality entrees (which taste pre-packaged), and even the wing quality coming down, and I’ve simply stopped going.
Chip_Baskets
Worse service than Popeyes
thegrimmreality
I’ll be the odd man out and say that my b-dubs is great. The wings are always cooked perfectly, and we always get great service.

Every. Damn. Time
HSTonLSD
Hard yes. Even at the bar one time, the last time.
Tha_Maestro
One time my wife and I went there. The waitress brought our drinks and said she would be right back to take our order. We waited 20-30 minutes and she never came back. We ended up walking out before she even realized.

This sub is r/wings… i aint never seen any wings and bdubs
BIGGSHAUN
They’re going out of business soon, aren’t they?!
Cooper323
Man.. this place used to be so good too. When it first came out the wings were huge, portions were great and food was overall good. Then something changed. I had t gone for like 2 years and when I went back the wings were 1/4 of the size and just tasted off, and the service was non-existent
PTBooks
You can make better wings at home anyway
Arclom
It also happens in Mexico
Kdiesiel311
I swear to everything that the hiring manager at EVERY SINGLE location starts the interview with “are you willing to give shitty service?” “Yes” “you’re hired!”
frankdatank_004
This is why:
Wingstop > BWW
Also Wingstop has better prices (at least the last time that I went there).
Will never step foot into a BWW again. Too expensive and the service sucks.
TheHoppyCamper
Terrible food, terrible pricing, terrible service. I really don’t understand why anyone still goes there. Last time I went was 7 years ago and they were out of both bone in wings and miller lite on a Tuesday night and it took 30 mins just for a server to finally come to our table in the first place. I’ll never go back and that’s not even diving into their terrible commercials
Wreckenridge
Spot on. Worst service of any restaurant
Formaldehyd3
I find it’s only acceptable if you sit at the bar, early on a weekday afternoon.
flatulating_ninja
Are they this empty now? I haven’t been to one in fifteen years or so but when I used to go it was always packed and you had to wait to get seated.
TropicBreeze96
love spicy garlic hate going to eat there wings and service have lost alottt of quality
thepirategod23
DoorDash and uber eats they be busy but not busy
CrabButterToGo
The worst tip I’ve ever left was 6¢ at a BWW after our server only came over to us twice. Once to take our order, once to drop off the check. We had to go up to the kitchen window to order and ask for our food as well as drinks.
This was ~15 years ago. Outside of watching sports on like 20 massive TVs, I never understood the appeal of the place.
