Seen them for a while, finally purchased. Was going to get 1 bigger bottle of the scotch bonnet one but went the little mix pack instead.

I like the jalapeño and habanero, but I love the scotch bonnet. One of my favorites.

  2. Fantastic sauces. Absolutely fantastic. My biggest issue with them is that I’m hesitant to “waste” them by eating them too often with everyday food. They tend to sit in the fridge waiting for the right moment.

  3. They’re top tier. But they’re very specific flavors and can’t be thrown on everything like a more normal sauce

  4. Why can I not edit my post? Forgot the word “with” lol. Weird.

Top tier. Delicious. Not super hot but the flavor is awesome imo.

  6. I’ve only tried the scotch bonnet and ginger. I love using it when I’m making sushi.

Love them. Jalapeno is one of my favorite green sauces. Habanero coffee is super delicious on tons of stuff. Ginger one is harder to pair but it’s good when you find something, great with curries and thai stuff. If the mainstream sauces are the generalists, QM sauces are the specialists.

Scotch bonnet is amazing on pizza haven’t tried the other two but I can only assume I’ve tasted what the green sauce might taste like, I mean it has all your basic ingredients for a green salsa so being Mexican, eating some type of green salsa every other day, I don’t expect to be blown away by it.

My favorites, especially the scotch bonnet. These got me started on my unending hot sauce obsession back in like 2017 or around there

Ooo big bottles. Love the scotch bonnet ginger!

  11. Yum. All 3 fantastic. Could use a few more notches of heat on each of the 3. The habanero + coffee & scotch bonnet + ginger both have really interesting & complex flavors going on – both are unique to this genre in my experience. The green one isn’t as interesting or as hot, but it too is damn tasty.

  12. I’ll probably take some heat for this one, but I thought these were just OK. Very little heat, vinegar forward, and I’d go so far as to say that the coffee one was outright bland. Personally wound up enjoying the Jalapeño the most, loved it on chicken tacos.
