When I moved overseas from the US a few years ago, pizzas with Miyoko’s liquid mozzarella were one of the foods I missed the most. Most of the recipes I found online were super complicated, so I made this 5-minute version. It doesn’t have any cultures, but I think it tastes almost identical! Thank you so much for sharing. I’ve wanted to try Miyoko’s cheese so bad since I saw it in a documentary I think. But you can’t get it where I live. Definitely going to try this out!

Really bizarre feeling, pouring on my cheese. But man it sure holds up, it was great on my last homemade pizza.
