One of my favorite ways to cook wings at home! Super simple if you have a pellet smoker. I find the whole wings work better as they almost braise in their own juices and have a better texture. Despite the low temp, they’re fall off the bone tender and the skin gets crispy.
Marinate wings for 24-48 hours in franks hot sauce. Smoke wings at 250°F for 3 hours, flipping once. Served with celery, home made blue cheese, and I had my home made hot roasted garlic parm sauce for dipping, but they don’t really need tossing.
