    Hey, that looks great! As someone new to Traeger, I am learning the limitations and strengths of this style of cooking. Most of the time when I see brisket posted here it doesn’t look that great compared to my experience with the Komodo Joe.. yours however, turned out awesome. From the pictures alone, I would never have guessed that this was done on a Traeger
