Three Hours at 250F
Wrap with butter, hot honey and brown sugar. 250F for 1:30H.
Take out. Use juices with a half cup of your favorite BBQ sauce. Baste and glaze at 250F.

Congrats, Looks great! I just got mine too and the first thing I did was ribs. So much fun
