Found this mystery meat in the freezer and decided to smoke it. So glad I did. I think it’s rib meat (ribeye like) and I used SPG beef rub, and smoked it for 35 minutes at 225 with super smoke.
Sliced it and mixed it with Japanese BBQ sauce and added it to sticky rice with poppy seeds and minced onions as a garnish. It was delicious!

    Looks delicious. Our goto on mystery freezer meat is deconstructed kabobs. Veggies in one basket and meat cubed and marinated in another.
