




Steps to reproduce:
- Purchase boneless leg of lamb from Costco (maybe buy a Switch 2 while you're there)
- Stab the shit out of it
- Stuff the stab wounds with garlic and rosemary
- Slather in olive oil
- Chuck it into a 230c Traeger for 30 mins
- Drop the temp down to 175c until the meat hits ~60c
- Cook some banging roast potatoes
- Eat it
