Steps to reproduce:

  1. Purchase boneless leg of lamb from Costco (maybe buy a Switch 2 while you're there)
  2. Stab the shit out of it
  3. Stuff the stab wounds with garlic and rosemary
  4. Slather in olive oil
  5. Chuck it into a 230c Traeger for 30 mins
  6. Drop the temp down to 175c until the meat hits ~60c
  7. Cook some banging roast potatoes
  8. Eat it
