
My youngest will be pursuing her Master's degree in another country starting in August. Her new home for the next few years is known more for pickled herring, not for wings. Every Thursday until she leaves we'll be eating these. Grilled low to render the fat gently while the skin crisps. Frank's, butter, and a generous tsp of cayenne pepper. These didn't last long.
