


Went a little crazy with the seasoning the first time and although they looked good were too salty to enjoy. The second time I learned from my mistakes and used a single rub (meat church honey) for the first and a char sui glaze for the other.
These came out better than I could have imagined. The first pic is of the salty disaster and the other two are of the latest creation.
The 321 method works as long as you don’t put to much salt on it 😂😂
