


While I prefer the crispiness of my double-fried method, I love the flavor I get from the grill.
Marinated with Italian dressing for about two hours.
Tossed in Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute and garlic oil. Then to the grill.
Sauced in homemade buffalo: Original Frank’s + a roasted garlic and herb butter I made for garlic bread the other night).
Definitely want more char next time. It’s a new grill so I’m still learning the sweet spots.
