Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!

I stopped buying from papa Murphy’s after the local ones changed the dough recipe. Started making my own dough since. Worth the effort but I do miss the convenience of take and bake.

I do! When I want to spend the time on it, I break out the Traeger and it makes the best PM pizza. I developed my own technique. I smoke it on the lowest setting for 15 minutes with super smoke turned on. I then remove the pizza, crank the temp up to 425, and let it come up to temp. I then put the pizza back in and let it cook for a bit longer than the instructions. Usually around ~18 minutes works best for my setup. The crust turns out better than my kitchen oven.

yup! we do the first part about 10 minutes or so on the tray, then once the dough is firmed up a little bit we slide it off the tray and rotate and it gets a nice crust
