Ingredients
- 3 ounces of Hendrick’s gin
- A touch of dry vermouth
- Cocktail onions

Preparation
- Chill martini glass. Fill shaker with ice. Pour in gin. Add vermouth. Cover and shake.
- Put several cocktail onions on a stick and place in chilled glass. Pour cocktail over onions and serve.
