Coulis is a lil loose and maybe should've flipped over the asparagus for color but I like how they arch like a bridge

Risotto should be creamy and moist. It looks you literally cut the chicken and asparagus to perfectly place them in appropriate areas

Not sure the overly fussy plating adds anything here when we’re talking about a risotto which should feel relatively homey and rustic. You’re setting people up from bites that are not harmonious.

I like the bridge arch pattern you created with the asparagus/chicken which is aesthetically pleasing to me, the risotto does look like it slowly absorbed all the liquid while you were taking photos. The combination of ingredients is classic and I would definitely order something like this, I would just want that rice to look more decadent and gooey basically
