Mrs. hansebart’s favorite dish. Didn’t have enough Linguine or Spaghetti to use them on their own so I threw them together.

I can understand mixing pasta even with spaghetti and linguine it’s a bit daring. The pasta looks unmixed with sauce, for better results mix pasta in a pan with sauce with a little bit of cooking water. The sauce looks too red, is usually used “already cooked” tomatoes like peeled tomatoes and tomato paste, the ragù alla bolognese has to cook long and it is finished with milk. The grated cheese is too big to mix well with pasta. I love pasta, I hope you take my advice to improve your pasta skill
