First time cooking on my Traeger pro 34. Saw it plateau at 140ish after 6hrs. Last 2 hours was wrapped. Sprayed some beef broth here and there cause I trimmed a lot of fat off. Sat wrapped 30 mins in a cooler afterwards. Looking for some feedback. I felt the medium cook was okay for tri-tip. But I’ll be trying a brisket next time and want to make sure I don’t make mistakes. Hell it was my first time learning grain cutting too.
