This is your friendly reminder to make party ribs this weekend.
Here is my recipe, but I'm sure there are a million different ways to make them.
Prep
Separate ribs and season with Meat Church Texas Sugar. Rest on a wire rack in the fridge overnight.
Smoke
Smoke at 275 °F for 45 minutes. Flip over and smoke for another 45 minutes.
Sauce & Cook
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Place ribs in a foil tray and coat with: honey, Sriracha, BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's). Sprinkle brown sugar on top and add a few pads of butter. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and place in the oven to cook for 1 hour.
Enjoy!

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

Looks good. What kind of bite does this give you? Fam tends to go for fall off the bone over “competition style.”
But what if I don’t want to turn my oven on?
