I had a very spontaneous dessert craving and thankfully I had some fresh mangos on hand to fulfill it!

This is sourdough toast with Kerry gold butter, sugar, vanilla bean paste as the base and broiled. Sliced mango on top with cinnamon. I do wish the mango I used was a little less ripe for a cleaner look, but it added to the overall sweetness of the dish. It could’ve gotten more broiled & crispy but I was impatient because I knew this shit would hit!

I forgot how simple but good toast can be.
