Byron’s on a 9lb pork, green chili Mac, blueberry crisp and pan of beans. Ended up having Mac-n-Cheese for dinner cause the pork took another 5 hours in the oven go from 160 to 205. 11 hours total time on pork, darn tasty tho! The not-meats put em on for hour or so soak up some that smoky goodness.
