


Smoked/Grilled Chicken Breast Pesto Pasta!
Smoked the breasts, onions and peppers at 375°, finished the chicken on the hot spot at 450° for a sear.
Brined with fresh lemon, rosemary, oregano, basil, garlic and local honey. Seasoned with a similar concoction but added garlic power and black pepper.
Sautéd the pasta with pesto and parm cheese blend.
Came out awesome, 10/5 stars from the kids.
