Yellow mustard binder, homemade brown sugar smoked paprika rub and on the smoker @225f till probe read 165f.
Temp to 275f till probe read 204f, total time: 10.5hrs. Let rest for 45min then pulled. Tossed in homemade chipotle BBQ sauce then back on smoker in tray for 30min.
Best no wrap pulled pork I’ve made yet. Pulling then smoking again made a big difference for smoke flavour.
